After these four steps you will have the Silversands Casino app open and your account signed in on Android.
Silversands Casino Downloads the File
On your Android phone, tap the download button and let the file save. Watch for the filename ending in APK, since that is the one you install.
Silversands Casino Asks for Permission
Android will warn you about installing from your browser, which happens once. Open the prompt and allow that source, then close it again.
File Saved, Now Installed
Tap the saved file, follow the install screen, then open the app from your home screen. Where a browser warns you, choose install rather than cancel.
Same Account, Fresh Start
Log in with your email address and usual password, and the same account opens as in the browser. If you forget the password, a reset link comes by email.
Play Without a Browser
Before You Install, After You Play
The Silversands Casino app comes from Google Play on Android and the App Store on iPhone.
Silversands Casino App
Version 4.7.2 is a 68 MB download on both stores. It opens 3,096 games, live bets, and the same account you use in the browser.
This block settles the iPhone and iPad options, so you know whether to use the store or your Safari browser.
Open Your Store First
On your iPhone, open the App Store and search the name, or open Safari and go to the site. Check the developer listing before you tap anything.
Waiting for the Icon
Tap get and let iOS download the 68 MB app, then wait for the icon to appear. Keep the phone on Wi-Fi so the download finishes cleanly.
Add It to the Home Screen
If you use Safari instead, tap the share icon and pick Add to Home Screen. Name the shortcut, and it opens like an app next time.
Notifications When You Want Them
When the app asks to send notifications, decide then and change it later in settings. Your account is the same one as the browser.

Silversands Casino Live Tables
Real dealers, live tables and a bet placed while the kettle boils, all inside the same Silversands Casino account you use on desktop.
Every Provider in One List

Know the Moment It Lands
Offer drops and account events land as alerts, so a 35-day welcome bonus with 32x wagering never slips past while the phone sits idle.
Still Deciding or Stuck
Install Day, Answered
Plain answers, the same way our Melbourne support desk talks to players every day.
trustDo I need a tablet version for my iPad?+
No separate iPad build is needed. The same iOS app runs on iPad, and the Android build runs on tablets too. If you would rather not install anything, the web app loads in your tablet browser with nothing to store.
trustCan I trust an APK file I downloaded?+
Yes, when it comes from the source named on this page rather than a random site. The file carries the same licence and encryption as the rest of the casino, and the one-time install allowance is easy to withdraw afterwards.
trustWhat happens when I turn off app alerts?+
Silences every alert, including bonus drops and withdrawal confirmations. You keep full access to the account, you just hear about things when you next open the app. Switches sit in the phone settings, so you can bring them back any time.
trustWhere do I use my existing login?+
Wherever you sign in, it is the one you registered with. Email address and password are all the app wants, and the wallet, history and limits travel with you between app, browser and web app. Duplicate sign-ups are not allowed.
trustDo I need to claim the welcome bonus again in the app?+
Any offer attached to your account applies through the app as well, since the app is just another door into the same wallet. Terms and wagering stay as they are written on the promotion. Check them before you accept anything.
trustWhat if I want to check who licenses the app?+
The Malta Gaming Authority oversees us under licence MGA/B2C/286/2006, held by Silversands Casino Ltd. That licence covers the app along with the site. If something feels wrong, live chat reaches us at any hour.
Fix It First
Stuck Before the First Spin
Silversands Casino keeps support on live chat, email and phone around the clock while you work through it.
Why So White?
A blank white screen usually means the first load never finished, not a broken download. Give it a slow connection and it can hang silently.
Close the app fully, reopen it
Switch from data to wi-fi
Rejected Again?
The email address on your account is the login, so a typo or an old address fails even when the password is right.
Check the address used at sign-up
Request a reset link to that inbox
Same Old Screen After Updating
Your phone keeps the old build in memory after an update to 4.7.2 installs, so it launches the version you no longer have.
Force close it from settings
Reopen from the new icon
Permission Box in the Way
Android blocks installs from outside Google Play until you allow that source once, which is why the file sits there doing nothing.
Allow your browser as a source
Retry the saved file
